If you own property in Toronto and haven’t declared your home’s occupancy for 2025 yet… It’s time. Without a declaration, the city may consider your home vacant, and it will cost you.

Here’s what to do:
• Go online: toronto.ca/VacantHomeTax
• Or Call 311
• Or visit a City Hall / civic centre counter

It’s quick. It matters. And it avoids unnecessary tax. If you’re unsure what to select, reach out happy to point you in the right direction.
